Roping
the Wind
Roping the Wind” moves to Casper this
year to the Agriculture Resource and Learning Center and the
Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. The Center is located next to the
Fairgrounds at 2011 Fairgrounds Road. “Roping the Wind” will
be held in conjunction with the Wyoming Ag Expo which will also
be happening at the Fairgrounds Arena. “Roping the Wind” will
be available to the public at no charge.
The Wyoming Business Council and U.S. Department of Energy, through
Werner Solutions, are offering this Renewable Energy Conference
for Wyoming this November. It will be a two day program offering
unique alternatives to Wyoming agriculture producers, rural landowners
and others interested in renewable energy.
The agenda this year includes a day dedicated to large utility
scale projects primarily dealing with wind energy on Thursday
the 20th and small scale distributed energy projects and technology
on Friday the 21st. A full agenda will be available closer to
the dates of the event.
“
Roping the Wind” will be held in conjunction with the Wyoming
Ag Expo again this year as this has become a great opportunity
for agriculture producers to consider many different methods
to improve the return on their land. The Ag Expo begins Friday
afternoon and goes into the weekend offering a trade show as
well as educational seminars. For more info visit their website
at www.wyoagexpo.com.
Vendors and manufacturers are encouraged to attend and demonstrate
their products. We offer very reasonable exhibit space and
plenty of room to show off your equipment and services.
